December 22, 2009 2 comments

I and the entire Microsoft Dynamics team here at Microsoft Australia would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ‘community’ for your support in 2009 and wish you every success in your endeavours in 2010.

If you are a hard core CRM enthusiast, then our little Christmas present is Update Rollup 8 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, we hope you have fun rolling it out in the new year. You can check out what is in it and download it from here and find more information on it here.

All the best to you and yours over the summer break and I hope Santa brings you something fun to see the in the new year.

Seasons greetings, Ross

A nice piece blogged by Rick Ferretti as CRM Account Executive, InterDyn Artis, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in North Carolina. Rick has used both products extensively and in this post he covers four key reasons why he prefers Microsoft Dynamics CRM over Salesforce.com. Do you agree? Disagree?
